Thank you for visiting and shopping at Toonbuds. following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be significant delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping is done with USUP and should take 6-7 business days. 

Toonbuds ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your ordered has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Toonbuds is not liable for any products damaged or during shipping. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Prices are shown in US dollars for conversion, we recommend using a currency converter. 

Any import duties, Taxes or brokerage fees due at time of delivery are solo responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International shipments cannot be marked as a gift or altered prices.

International orders require extra for processing.
